Walrus Camp
1. To start the quest, you need to talk to Chuck three times in the Polar Bear exhibit in Ardougne Zoo. The first time he'll tell you that he has an agent on the iceberg that will help you spy on the penguins. For the second time, you'll receive a copy of the Ransom Letter. And the third time he will teleport you to Rellekka.
2. When you arrive, speak with one of the Seals west of the rock crab area on the left side of the dock. They will lead you to the northeast of the seals to Larry's boat on the dock.
3. After that, you will be sent to make a Rock Costume and a Pop Costume in the penguin glacier's War Room.
4. After all these be done, you need to speak to Teddy and Larry. In order to get Larry an egg, you need to talk to Noodle to find Walrus and get an egg from him.
5. Then you need to speak to all 6 penguins. After you have done this, talk to Teddy to find all their plans are actually impractical and useless.
6. The new plan is to get the Blueprints for Teddy. After you bring the Blueprints to Teddy, an interface of the engine will appear. You need to ask Astoria to help.
7. After you've won, Astoria will agree to unlock the door for you. Go south to the circus supplies storeroom. Search the prop crate and give the supplies to Teddy who will tell you how to fix the submarine.
8. Talk to Teddy and a cutscene will play. The Walrus is now on alert. You have to play another game of battlefish. Try to keep your workers assigned to fix the ship.
9. After you've destroyed the enemy ships you will get a victory message and arrive at Ardougne Zoo. After a short dialogue, quest completes!
